Upon your initial contact, we initiate a comprehensive assessment of your loved one’s unique needs. During the first call, we gather essential information. Following this, we arrange an in-home visit, involving your entire family, including the prospective care recipient. This visit serves to gather further details, address inquiries, and elucidate the ways in which we can provide assistance.
Customized Care Plan
iCare Healthcare Services assures transparency in the care provided to your loved one. After the initial meeting, we create a tailored Custom Care Plan, meticulously recommending specific services to benefit your loved one. Subsequently, we schedule a follow-up meeting with you to discuss and modify the Custom Care Plan as per your preferences.
Caregiver Selection
Upon your approval of the Custom Care Plan, we embark on the process of finding the most suitable caregiver for your loved one. Our caregiver matching system considers various factors, including required services, your loved one’s interests, and the compatibility of personalities between the caregiver and your loved one. This holistic approach ensures that we provide the optimal caregiver. If concerns ever arise regarding a caregiver, we can swiftly arrange for a replacement.
Ongoing Supervision
